Welcome to 3O5 Escrowly! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 3O5 Escrowly mobile app and the services provided by 3O5 Escrowly. ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Account Registration

1.1.   To use 3O5 Escrowly, you must be at least 16 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction to form a legally binding contract. By using our services, you represent that you meet this eligibility requirement.

1.2.   You must provide accurate and complete information during the account registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are liable for all activities conducted through your account.

2. Payment Merchants & Service Fee

2.1.   3O5 Escrowly utilizes PayStack and SeerBit as the payment merchants on the application. By using our services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of PayStack and SeerBit.

2.2.   The transaction processing fee, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during the transaction process. You agree to pay the specified fee for the use of our services.

2.3.   3O5 Escrowly reserves the right to modify the service fee and other terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users through the app or other appropriate channels.

3. Transactions and Disputes

3.1.   Buyers and sellers must accurately represent the products or services involved in the transaction and adhere to the agreed-upon terms.

3.2.   In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to cooperate with 3O5 Escrowly's dispute resolution process. This may involve providing relevant evidence and information to facilitate a fair resolution.

3.3.   3O5 Escrowly acts as a mediator in disputes and will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues. If a resolution cannot be reached through mediation, 3O5 Escrowly may escalate the dispute to arbitration as outlined in our Dispute Resolution Policy.

3.4.   Users agree to abide by the decision reached through mediation or arbitration and to release funds or receive refunds as directed by 3O5 Escrowly.

4. Prohibited Activities

4.1.   Users must not engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities on 3O5 Escrowly.

4.2.   It is prohibited to use 3O5 Escrowly for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activities.

4.3.   Users must not interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the app or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of 3O5 Escrowly's systems.

5. Privacy and Data Security

5.1.   Protecting your privacy is essential to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

6. Termination of Services

6.1.   We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to 3O5 Escrowly at our discretion, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions or engaged in any prohibited activities.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

7.1.   3O5 Escrowly provides its services "as is" and without any warranty or guarantee, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1.   In no event shall 3O5 Escrowly be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use our services.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

9.1.   3O5 Escrowly may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the app. By continuing to use 3O5 Escrowly after such changes, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms and Conditions.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

10.1.   These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

11. Account Deletion

11.1.   You may delete your account from the app settings or by contacting us at policy@3o5tech.com. Upon account deletion, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
